Salt-damaged and scaled surfaces are ground, then filled with a fast-set polymer patch that bonds to the slab and accepts a coating.
Control Joint Fill
Semi-rigid polyurea joint filler for garages, shops, and warehouses so wheels don't chip the joint edges and salt can't get below the slab.
Leveling & Resurfacing
Self-leveling underlayment and epoxy mortar for low spots, birdbaths, and rough slabs.
Moisture Mitigation
Calcium-chloride and in-slab RH testing; epoxy moisture-vapor barriers rated to 25 lbs / 100% RH for basements and new slabs.
Diamond Grinding & Surface Prep
CSP 2–3 mechanical profiling with dust collection, for our coatings or for flooring installers who need a prepped slab.
Slab Replacement

Saturated clay under the slab drives moisture upward all spring. Any coating installed over these problems without fixing them first will fail in a couple of seasons, which is why repair is a line item on every one of our estimates.
